Refund Policy

Overview

We exclusively accept returns and offer refunds for defective wigs within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the wig must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including downloadable software products.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as signs of use, provided the wig is not in its original condition or if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned wig, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If there’s a delay in receiving your refund, kindly check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company or bank. For further assistance, reach out to us at sales@ammienwigs.org.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced wigs are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace defective wigs. To initiate an exchange, contact us at sales@ammienwigs.org and send the item to the provided physical address.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
